Reentry is a critical transition that requires both immediate housing stability and structured support. Our model integrates Housing First principles with transitional services, ensuring residents have safe housing while accessing accountability-based supports, reentry services, and pathways to long-term independence.

We serve veterans experiencing reentry, housing instability, or homelessness, including justice-involved individuals and veterans undergoing dialysis. We also provide housing support to homeless single mothers and young adults aging out of foster care who need stable housing. Residency is referral-based, with veteran placements prioritized.

We welcome referrals, strategic partnerships, and resource support aligned with our mission. Through collaboration, we strengthen housing stability and promote successful reentry and long-term community integration.

Shelia House provides safe, supportive transitional housing for women, including female veterans, single mothers with children, and other eligible non-veteran women. The program supports independent living while promoting stability, accountability, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Matthews House provides safe, supportive transitional housing for men, including veterans transitioning from incarceration or housing instability, as well as other eligible non-veteran men. The program fosters independent living, stability, and opportunities for personal growth and successful reentry.

House of Don provides independent living housing for veterans undergoing dialysis. Participation in the program does not include dialysis treatment, medical oversight, or healthcare coordination—residents independently manage all medical services through their chosen providers. Optional RN/LPN reminders and support are available to help residents stay on schedule.
Independent living for young adults aging out of foster care, providing stability and support as they transition to adulthood.
